Di base un lead è ogni persona o azienda che interagendo con un annuncio, sceglie di lasciare almeno il suo indirizzo email per ricevere l’offerta. La confusione regna sovrana nel mondo dei social network, dove erroneamente si pensa che un lead sia equiparabile ad un “mi piace su facebook o ad un mi piace su Instagram”. Questi due tipi di interazioni citati NON sono lead, ma semplicemente interazioni che possono ampliare il numero di persone raggiungibili e stabilire meglio un pubblico. Il lead generato è la compilazione di un form con i propri contatti, un lead è dire all’azienda che sta praticando lead generation “contattami”, “voglio ricevere la tua offerta”.</span><br />

<span style="font-size: large;">Il kanban, indicante la tipologia del materiale usato per
una lavorazione, è apposto su un contenitore che una volta vuotato viene
rifornito. Il flusso, in tempo reale, dell'approvvigionamento, evita gli stock
di magazzino e i costi derivanti. Una tra le aziende che maggiormente
utilizzano il kanban è la Toyota, che ne ha fatto la chiave di volta del suo
sistema produttivo industriale.I cartellini kanban rappresentano il numero di
contenitori di materiali che viaggiano avanti e indietro tra l'area del
fornitore e quella dell'utilizzatore.<br />

Per pianificare la richiesta dei materiali riducendo sia le scorte che il
rischio di rottura delle scorte, si è sviluppato un sistema di gestione
automatica (evoluzione dell’originaria a vista) che tende a far giungere i
materiali e i componenti nel momento preciso in cui sono necessari alla
lavorazione ( da cui il nome Just-in-time) avvalendosi, anziché di complessi
sistemi di programmazione, di semplici cartellini (Kanban in giapponese).
L'obbiettivo del sistema è avvicinarsi il più possibile al limite di "scorta
zero" e alla trasformazione delle materie prime in prodotti finiti con
tempi di consegna "uguali" a quelli di processo eliminando con ciò
tutti i tempi di accodamento dei materiali.</span><o:p></o:p></div>

• Rispondere brevemente a eventuali commenti postati dagli utenti sulla propria

update che riceve tanti like, commenti, condivisioni, che non è stato nascosto o segnalato come spam da
tanti, ha più possibilità di comparire nella timeline. Si tratta di un criterio particolarmente importante
per le aziende che gestiscono una pagina ufficiale.

<span style="background-color: #cccccc; color: white; font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif;"><span style="font-weight: 700;">3. Time Decay</span>: dopo l’ultimo aggiornamento ha assunto minore rilevanza la freschezza del contenuto.
Ciò vuol dire che le storie più vecchie, che l’utente avrebbe perduto se non fosse stato online all’atto
della pubblicazione, risulteranno visibili se continuano a ricevere interazioni. Questo meccanismo detto
“<span style="font-weight: 700;">Story Bumping</span>“, secondo Facebook, permetterà di vedere il 70% delle storie pubblicate (prima era
solo il 57%) e si tradurrà in un aumento di like, commenti e condivisioni del 5% per i contenuti degli
amici e del 8% per quelli delle pagine.

ordine cronologico gli </span><span style="font-style: italic; font-weight: 700;">status update </span><span style="font-weight: 700;">frequenti e successivi scritti dai nostri contatti più
stretti </span>(ad esempio nel caso di numerosi commenti live ad un evento o ad una trasmissione televisiva).
<span style="font-weight: 700;">4. Post Type</span>: anche la tipologia di post scritto sembra avere una sua importanza. Facebook attribuisce
un peso minore agli <span style="font-style: italic;">status update </span>meramente testuali, mentre privilegia quelli con foto, video e link
contenenti metadati. Ciò vuol dire che vengono penalizzati gli short URL; quindi conviene incollare il link intero di una notizia e aspettare che il sistema raccolga i dati contenuti nella pagina di destinazione
(ve ne accorgete dal caricamento dell’immagine e del testo associati).</span><br />

Il termine Lean manufacturing o in italiano Produzione Snella identifica una filosofia industriale ispirata al Toyota Production System (TPS), la cui messa in atto vuole minimizzare gli sprechi fino ad annullarli.
